Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Returns

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Certain items (e.g. used non-stick cookware) may not be eligible for hygiene reasons — this will be noted on the product page.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
